I tend to keep my jigheads, spoons, plugs, etc on a length of 50# test mono with a loop in the end s othey are always ready for a quick attachment to a line or snap swivel. Now all these hooks & lengths of line lead to a real mess in my fishing bucket but, I have an answer.
FUN NOODLES!
For those that don't know fun noodles are a 5' or so length of cylindrical foam "noodles" that you often see kids playing with in the pool.
I cut off a slice about 5" long at wrap my hook-n-leader around it. If you do this right you can secure the loop with the hook so it stays on better.
To clarify, take a 5" section of fun-noodle, stick the hook in it & wrap the line around the noodle when you get the to end, take hook out & use it to "pin" the line to the noodle. Usually you can fit several rigs on a noodle section. Also as an added bonus if you should drop the rig laden noodle in the water it should float.
Hope you find it handy.

Good tip FFX,
If I may, I'd like to add another 'similar' idea. Look around a construction site or where they are doing some siding and get scraps of the blue foam insulation. Cut it into 1 1/2 inch strips and put a 15 - 20 inch strip in your tackle box or bucket. Whenever you need to store loose hooks, double drop rigs, etc just cut off what you need and stick the hooks in the foam. Works great for storing pre snelled hooks and even covering the blade of a fillet knife. |

| Noodle foam comes in handy on the boat too. On my center console, I take a 2 foot section, put a lengthwise cut halfway through it and push it onto the top of my windshield. Good for holding lures and hooks when you change them. AT end of day, take it off and hose them all down. |
